The Lodge

Bordering the Routt National Forest (and the Rabbit Ears Pass recreational area), yet only a 10-minute drive from Steamboat Springs, the Aspen View Lodge's tucked-away location offers convenience surrounded by natural beauty. Massive, rough-hewn timbers, expanses of glass, a generosity of moss rock - this 12-bedroom, classic mountain lodge is a unique destination for escapists and adventure-seekers alike. Start your day with a hearty Western breakfast and end it relaxing in the hot tub among the aspens.

The Fun

Where do we start? From downhill and cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in winter to golf, fly-fishing and mountain biking in the summer, the Yampa Valley has it all. Hike or bike over 60 mils of trails, tube, kayak, or raft the river, then relax in hot mineral springs. Make the Aspen View Lodge your mountain retreat for fall colors, exploring, and enjoying all the region has to offer.
